Ravencroft Farm Culinary Grade Botanicals + Hidcote Lavender is a beautiful, limited edition collection of culinary grade dried flowers, grown on Ravencroft Farm on Mayne Island, BC. 

Our package contains approximately 8 to 9 grams of hand harvested and naturally air-dried edible flowers containing a colourful mix of calendula, cornflowers, borage, chrysanthemums and lavender buds. 

The flowers are incredibly lightweight; 8 to 9 grams is a generous amount with lots of beautiful botanicals to enjoy.

We have also included approximately 2 grams of fragrant Hidcote lavender buds, packaged separately for easy measuring and adding to your favourite recipes.

Perfect for baking, cake decorating, cookies, teas, cocktails, mocktails, salads and finishing dishes, these beautiful botanicals are an easy way to add colour, flavour and a little bit of farm-grown magic to your kitchen.
