Preheat oven to 400F

1/4 Cup granulated sugar
2 Teaspoons baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 Cup unsalted butter frozen
1 Cup blackberries
1/2 Cup buttermilk
4 to 6 teaspoons of Hidcote Lavender buds chopped finely
2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 400F

4 tablespoons 60 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 cup 375 ml sugar (divided)
1 1/4 cups 300 ml whole milk or Oat milk
2 3/4 cups 680 ml heavy cream
4 to 6 teaspoons (finely chopped) lavender b

In a small bowl, combine fruit with lemon juice and 1/2 cup 125 ml of the sugar

Heat oven to 300 degrees F
13 Tablespoons of slightly soft but still cool unsalted butter - cut into small chunks
1/2 Cup plus 1 Tablespoon of lavender sugar (or plain sugar with 3 to 5 Teaspoons of Lavender finely chopped)
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
A pinch (1/4 Teaspoon) Salt
2 Cups flour
Heat oven to 300 degrees F
13 Tablespoons of slightly soft but still cool unsalted butter - cut into small chunks
1/2 Cup plus 1 Tablespoon of lavender sugar (or plain sugar with 3 to 5 Teaspoons of Lavender finely chopped)
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
A pinch (1/4 Teaspoon) Salt
2 Cups flour

1 Cup of Seasonal fruit
5.3 oz carton of plain greek style yogurt
1/4 Cup orange juice or cold water
2 to 3 Tablespoons of Hidcote Lavender syrup
1/2 fully ripe banana

Beautiful purple colour. Unique floral flavour with undertones of mint and citrus.

1/2 Cup of sugar
3 to 4 Tablespoons of dried Lavender
2 Cups of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Combine 2 cups of water and the sugar in a saucepan; bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, add lavender and steep 2 hrs. Strain

2 Cups of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Combine 2 cups of water and the sugar in a saucepan; bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, add lavender and steep 2 hrs. Strain and add remaining water and lemon juice. Serve over ice.
